The prompt for the fourth day of Inktober is 'Knot,' which made me remember all the knotty Pōhutukawa trees tangled together on Auckland's west coast beaches, and how we'd walk through the tunnels they create to shelter from the sea winds 🌊 They also do an amazing job clinging to those cliffs.
